The decision of the investigating magistrate: Berlusconi will be put on trial

Il Giornale, newspaper of Berlusconi, says: "Rubygate, the decision of the investigating magistrate: Berlusconi on immediate judgement. The judicial attack does not stop.

La Repubblica, newspaper of the left wing, says: "The investigating magistrate: -There is the proof, put in trial Berlusconi- Summary procedure, first hearing on 6 april."

Il Corriere della Sera, non-partisan newspaper says: "Rubygate, the prime minister on trial on 6 april" The decision of the investigating magistrate of Milan about Berlusconi: summary procedure because of exaction and juvenile prostitution. No comment from the prime minister.

The motivation of the decision are the obviousness of the proof and the connection between the charged offences. Ruby and the Department of the Interior are the injured parties in this trial. Karima El Mahroug, a.k.a. Ruby, is person injured in the process of juvenile prostitution; the Department of the Interior is injured party  in the offence  of exaction, supposed towards Berlusconi, who phoned up the police headquarter to obtain the release of Ruby, who had been taken to the police offices because of theft.
In theory the Presidency of the Council of Ministers could bring a civil action on behalf of the Department of the Interior, that is injured party in conjuction with the offence of exaction.
